Fullmaktskollen processes data regarding you as a private person who uses fullmaktskollen.se.
If you are employed by, or are a company signatory for, a company which uses fullmaktskollen.se, we may also need to process your data.

Connected insurance companies and other companies which receive and review the power of attorney are also personal data controllers for the personal data in the power of attorney regarding you as their customer. Here is a list of companies which receive powers of attorney.
Fullmaktskollen processes personal data in accordance with section 6.1 b of the Swedish Data Protection Act (Sw: dataskyddsförordningen) which states that it is lawful to process personal data when it is necessary in order to comply with an agreement. The agreements consist of the power or powers of attorney signed by you as well as the agreement by which we provide the fullmaktskollen.se service.
When Fullmaktskollen processes personal data, we consider your integrity by limiting the information we register to an absolute minimum. In addition, no other party can gain access to the registered information about you without authorisation.
When you register on fullmaktskollen.se, we save your name, personal identification number, e-mail address and mobile telephone number. We use the information in order to be able to contact you.
The information about you may also be registered by an agent who uploads a power of attorney. When you sign a power of attorney, information is saved regarding your power of attorney, your name, your personal identification number, your e-mail address and your mobile telephone number on fullmaktskollen.se. Information regarding the power of attorney is sent to the connected insurance companies and other companies which receive and review powers of attorney and which have been chosen by the agent to receive the information.
If you are a representative, administrator or contact person, we use information regarding your name, your personal identification number, your e-mail address and your mobile telephone number in order to be able to contact the right person with information regarding, for example, contract matters, administrative matters, amendments or revocations.
Your employer needs to know that a power of attorney regarding the company's pension insurance solution covers the right persons. Accordingly, fullmaktskollen.se needs to register your personal identification number and name.
Fullmaktskollen and our external providers may need to use all information available in the service in order to troubleshoot or perform administrative tasks. It is only those persons who require the information in order to be able to perform their work duties within Fullmaktskollen or the providers who have access to your personal data.
We use personal identification numbers in order to know that it is the correct person who is logging on and using our services. The personal identification number is also part of the power of attorney and is used both by agents and the companies who receive and review the powers of attorney in order to be able to securely identify the person who has signed the power of attorney. In order to minimise the personal data sent via fullmaktskollen.se, we also use the personal identification number in order to identify the company of which you are a customer.
When an employer signs a power of attorney, the personal identification number is also used to avoid any uncertainties regarding which employee is covered by the power of attorney.
When a power of attorney ceases to apply, Fullmaktskollen saves the information for ten years in accordance with applicable rules regarding periods of limitation, plus an extra year.
You or the agent may always remove a power of attorney which has not been signed. It is then removed immediately. In the event a power of attorney is not signed within 30 days, it is always removed.
You have a right to request correction or erasure of your personal data. You are also entitled to object to the processing of your personal data by Fullmaktskollen.
It is the personal data controller who must ensure that your data is processed in the correct way and that you can exercise your rights.
In the event your name or contact information is incorrect, you can log on to fullmaktskollen.se and attempt to make a change in your settings in Mina inställningar.
In the event any information in the power of attorney is incorrect, contact the agent in order to correct the information. The contact information can be found on the power of attorney. There is also a list of contact information for all connected agents here.
